Prosperity Adventures Refund Policy

Prosperity Adventures is committed to providing exceptional immigration services. We understand that plans can change, and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is designed to provide transparency and fairness to our clients while ensuring the sustainability of our services.

1. Consultation Fees

• 1.1 Consultation fees paid to Prosperity Adventures are non-refundable. These fees cover the initial assessment, professional advice, and administrative costs associated with preparing your immigration application.

2. Service Fees

• 2.1 Service fees cover the comprehensive support provided by Prosperity Adventures for your immigration application, including document preparation, submission, and liaison with immigration authorities.
• 2.2 Clients are eligible for a full refund of service fees if Prosperity Adventures fails to submit the client's application to the relevant immigration authority due to negligence or oversight by Prosperity Adventures.
• 2.3 If the client decides to withdraw their application before submission to the immigration authority, Prosperity Adventures will retain a 30% processing fee from the total service fees paid, and the remainder will be refunded to the client.
• 2.4 After submission of the application to the immigration authority, or commencement of the application, all fees become non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Prosperity Adventures

• 3.1 If Prosperity Adventures is unable to continue providing services due to unforeseen circumstances or company-initiated cancellation not related to client compliance, clients will receive a full refund of the service fees paid.

4. Refund Process

• 4.1 To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to Prosperity Adventures via email at moses@prosperity-adventures.com. The request should include the client's full name, application details, and the reason for the refund request.
• 4.2 Refund requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment.
• 4.3 Prosperity Adventures will review refund requests within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Modifications to the Refund Policy

• 5.1 Prosperity Adventures reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
