Terms and Conditions of Prosperity Adventures

1. Introduction

• 1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Prosperity Adventures (referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the clients (referred to as "you" or "the client") engaging our immigration services.

2. Services

• 2.1 Prosperity Adventures provides immigration consultation and assistance services, including but not limited to visa application support, document preparation, guidance on immigration procedures, and representation in immigration matters.

  2.2 Our services are subject to the applicable laws and regulations of the respective destination countries. We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information and guidance; however, it is the client's responsibility to ensure compliance with the immigration requirements and laws of the destination country.

3. Client Obligations

• 3.1 You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services. Any changes or updates to your personal details or circumstances should be promptly communicated to us.

  3.2 You are responsible for obtaining and providing all required documents and information relevant to your immigration application. We will guide and assist you in gathering the necessary documentation, but the final responsibility lies with you.

  3.3 You acknowledge that the success of your immigration application is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to the discretion of immigration authorities, changes in immigration laws or policies, and the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

4. Fees and Payments

• 4.1 Our fees for immigration services will be communicated to you prior to commencing the engagement. These fees may include consultation charges, document preparation fees, application fees, and any additional services requested by you.

  4.2 All fees are payable according to the agreed-upon terms. Payments should be made in the currency specified by us and in the manner specified in our invoices or payment requests.

  4.3 Any additional fees or expenses incurred during the immigration process, such as government fees, translation fees, or courier charges, will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

• 5.1 We understand the importance of confidentiality and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

  5.2 Any personal information shared with us will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

• 6.1 We endeavor to provide accurate and reliable information and assistance. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of your immigration application or the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided.

  6.2 We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from errors or omissions in the information or services provided, or as a result of factors beyond our control.

• 7.1 Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice to the other party.

  7.2 Termination by you may be subject to the payment of outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• 8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda.

  8.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

9. Amendments

• 9.1 We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on our website.

10. Entire Agreement

• 10.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Prosperity Adventures and the client, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
